With lockdown x 3 the arts have struggled this year, with many events & exhibitions being cancelled or postponed. It looked as if the annual Rugby Open Art Competition would happen breifly, however lockdown 3 intervened. The exhibition is currently on display, with hopes that socially distanced visitors will be  allowed in before it is dismantled in April.
